Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
• Responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
• Responsible for supervision of work, monitoring and maintaining the quality and cost control of the projects.
• Responsible for the proper construction management to ensure quality & progress of the works as per schedule & specification.
• Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
• Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public or reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Designing, Planning, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Civil Engineering
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate, Consulting Firms, Group of Companies

Job Requirements

• Age At most 45 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 15 years of which 3 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate companies.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Experience in Township/ Mega gated community project will get preference.
• Able to work under immense pressure
• Should have good communication skill.
• Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
