Job Description / Responsibility

• To identify customers need and requirements and establish present and future requirements in order to be able to
• meet their demand in time.
• To generate enquirers through phone calls and visit prospective customers.
• Follow up on sales payments with customers when required.
• Update customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list.
• Must have sound knowledge in MS office packages, internet & email.
• Must have capability to achieve sales target within time frame.
• A candidate should have to work under pressure.

MBA (Marketing)/ Masters/ BBA/Graduate in any discipline

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Advertising & Promotion, Business Development
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Must have at least 2 (Two) Years of practical experience on Real Estate product sales.
