Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidates should have a background in fermentation technology and have the ability to work in an industrial set up.
• Candidates must be sincere, committed to Bangladesh and willing to work at the mentioned job location.
• Candidates must have the ability to take responsibility and work independently as well as possess the ability to work in a team. If they like the idea of developing products that can make a real difference to people’s lives, then this is the ideal opportunity for them. Otherwise they need not apply.
• Candidates form any background should have experience in:
• One to three years of experience in operating industrial fermenter will be preferred
• Knowledge about production of bioinoculants and biocontrol agents in industrial bioreactors and scale up of processes
• Knowledge about bacterial and fungal culture on a lab scale
• Bench and analytical skills
• Development of research plans for marketable biotech products and robust test procedures
• Lead, manage and enable professional development of staff
• Management in industrial settings

Educational Requirements

MS or PhD in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/ or related fields from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Production

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Knowledge about microbial fertilizers and soil, plant and microbe interactions;
• Knowledge about production of antibiotics or enzymes in bioreactors;
• Proven experience in molecular biology related to plants and microorganisms and analytical sciences;
• High level of creativity, initiative, independent thought, and collaborative ability;
• Bioinformatics skills would be advantageous;
• Ability of developing innovative solutions for complex problems;
