Job Description / Responsibility

• Greets guests and welcomes them to the city.
• Makes scheduled courtesy van pick-ups and drop offs in accordance with schedule.
• Follows safety rules and regulations when operating the vehicles.
• Assists guests with baggage.
• Adjusts drop off and pick up schedule based on demand.
• Responds to customer inquiries for information.
