For our business expansion, we are looking for the best minds, self-motivated highly experienced professionals (DENIM CATEGORY only) to join our team to make more louder NOIZE. Job Responsibilities Lead the team for the smooth flow of full operation from development to shipment.  Must have vast experience in Denim Merchandising for US & EU top retailers/customers. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges accordingly. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by developing new styles & very timely responses to the customer queries. Must have sound knowledge in consumption, costing & procurements. Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets. Maintaining good relationship with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories support. Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection. Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information. Remain up to date with industry’s best practices. Any other works as assigned by management & as of self-responsibility from occupied position. Employment Status: Full-time Educational Requirements Bachelors' degree in Textile Engineering is preferred. Bachelors’ degree in any other discipline having required experience in Denim Merchandising are also encouraged to apply. Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years working experience in Buying Office (Denim Category) PRO level communication skills in English. Additional Requirements Good score in IELTS will be an added advantage. Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices Sound to adapt situation & proper body language. Should have sound personality to lead the team as well as a good team member. Should have ability to accomplish the assigned work individually with creativity. Job Location Uttara, Dhaka.
