Job Description / Responsibility
- Setup a distribution network in designated territories
- Achieve primary and secondary sales target
- Analyze data and suggest avenues for sales improvement
- Design action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity
- Train and develop subordinates
- Expand to new market areas and increase sales volume.
- Monitor execution of Trade Marketing Activities in retail level
- Monitor BTL activities in consumer level
